We invite folks with a desire of being rooted together through movement, rhythm and nature-experiencing the wisdom of the forest.
As dedicated students of hatha yoga and dances of the African Diaspora, we are humbled to be able to offer an intimate space to share these ancient self healing practices with the community.
We will present a different theme to deepen our relationship with nature and stimulate mind, body and soul exploration.
If you’re feeling called to inquire from within, join Uzo and Dominique for a unique exploration in nature (Exact location provided upon registration)
Date: April 22 @ 11am-2pm
Location: Tilden Regional Park
Limited to an intimate group.
Must RSVP. Use link below to reserve your spot
